Liars and Candles is a Turkish television series produced by Medyapım, blending romantic drama with thriller elements. Written by Nermin Yıldırım and directed by Burak Arlıel, it was adapted from the British series Mistresses and aired on Fox.

The story centers on four close friends — Ceyda, Elif, Meliha and Şebnem — exploring their love lives, hidden secrets and the strength of their friendship. The disappearance of Elif's husband Engin upends her life as she struggles to get by with her daughter Sumru, and her path crosses with Yakup, the father of her daughter's schoolmate, and the nanny Şerife. Starring Elçin Sangu, Ceren Moray, Şafak Pekdemir, Burcu Gölgedar, Feyyaz Duman and İsmail Demirci, the series premiered on October 3, 2021 and ended with its fifth episode on October 31, 2021.
