Hakan Vanlı — Biography

Hakan Vanlı, born 1 March 1963 in Ankara, is a Turkish theatre, film and television actor and voice actor. He graduated from the Theatre Department of the Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory.

He made his television debut with Üvey Baba (2000) and went on to appear in series such as Asmalı Konak (2002), İki Aile (2006), Unutulmaz (2010) and Hayat Devam Ediyor (2012). He became widely known as Kurdoğlu in Diriliş Ertuğrul (2014), and in 2016 he played Nejat Aksal in Kalbimdeki Deniz.

On the big screen he appeared in Dünyayı Kurtaran Adam'ın Oğlu (2006), Osmanlı Cumhuriyeti (2008), Kurtlar Vadisi Gladio (2009), Sağ Salim 2: Sil Baştan (2014), in which he played Tekin, and Terkedilmiş (2015). Also active as a voice actor, he returned to television in 2024 as Ferhat Bey in the series Mehmed: Fetihler Sultanı.
