Birce Akalay — Biography

Birce Akalay was born in 1984 in İstanbul.

She completed her education in the Theatre Department of Haliç University.

Having finished third in the 2004 Miss Turkey pageant, Birce Akalay later represented Turkey at the Miss Europe pageant, where she reached the semi-finals.

The beautiful actress had her first acting experience in 2006 with the character she played in the series Asi; she went on to appear in the series Yer Gök Aşk, Evli ve Öfkeli, Hayat Bazen Tatlıdır, Küçük Ağa, Böyle Bitmesin and Ben Onu Çok Sevdim. She is part of the cast of the series Siyah Beyaz Aşk, broadcast on Kanal D, in which she shares the lead with İbrahim Çelikkol, Arzu Gamze Kılınç and Muhammet Uzuner, and she plays the character Aslı.
