Yağmur Ün — Biography

Yağmur Ün is a Turkish actress born on 4 November 1995 in Istanbul. She grew interested in acting at a young age and, in her earliest years, dubbed the voices of many child actors her own age; she made her screen debut in 1999 with the series Fanatik, then voiced the title character in Zerda (2002) and the childhood of Havin, played by Naz Elmas, in Haziran Gecesi (2004).

In 2010 she played İlkay in Elde Var Hayat, and she raised her profile as Ahsen Kıral, alongside co-stars Şafak Sezer, Oya Başar, Evrim Akın and Zeynep Gülmez, in Alemin Kıralı (2011-2013). She went on to appear in Hıyanet Sarmalı and Nerde O Yeminler, joined the cast of Kırgın Çiçekler in 2015, and made a name for herself as Su Akkaya in the 2017 series Söz. She later played Yasemin Sırfbaş in TRT 1's Kalk Gidelim, Melisa in the 2021 film Sırlar Apartmanı from the Çember series, and Nurgül in the 2022 film Soygun Oyunu: Büyük Vurgun. Alongside acting she also works as a voice artist.

Ün lost her father in 2018, married her boyfriend, doctor Doğaç Ergezen, in 2022, and the couple divorced in a single court session in 2023. In a 2026 interview she described Alemin Kıralı and Söz as the projects that made her who she is.
