The Scalawag Bunch

The Scalawag Bunch (original title L'arciere di fuoco, also known as Long Live Robin Hood) is a 1971 swashbuckler adventure film directed by Giorgio Ferroni and produced as an Italian-French-Spanish co-production. Written by Giorgio Stegani and Ennio de Concini, it offers another screen take on the Robin Hood legend.

Giuliano Gemma, one of the best-known faces of the spaghetti western genre, stars as Robin (Sir Henry), with Silvia Dionisio as Lady Marian and Mario Adorf as Friar Tuck. Filming took place in Spain, including Castell de Cardona, Catalonia and Barcelona, and the score was composed by Gianni Ferrio. The roughly 103-minute film opened in Germany on 7 September 1971.
