Le Gendarme en balade (Eğlenceli Günler)
Le Gendarme en balade (released in Turkey as Eğlenceli Günler) is a 1970 French-Italian comedy directed by Jean Girault and the fourth entry in the popular Gendarme of Saint-Tropez series. Louis de Funès stars once again as gendarme Ludovic Cruchot. Forced into early retirement along with the rest of the Saint-Tropez brigade, Cruchot and his men illegally don their old uniforms and revisit the scenes of their past exploits in an effort to restore the memory of their amnesiac colleague Fougasse. Michel Galabru appears as warrant officer Gerber, alongside Jean Lefebvre, Christian Marin, the duo Grosso and Modo, and Claude Gensac as Cruchot's wife Josépha; it is the last film to feature the series' classic ensemble together. Despite negative reviews, it drew around 4.8 million admissions at the French box office. The series continued with Le gendarme et les extra-terrestres in 1979 and concluded with Le gendarme et les gendarmettes in 1982.
