One Liter of Tears (Bir Litre Gözyaşı) (translated)

Bir Litre Gözyaşı is a Turkish drama-romance series made jointly by Medyapım and MF Yapım that began broadcasting on Kanal D on October 7, 2018. It adapts the 2005 Japanese Fuji Television series 1 Litre of Tears.

Serhan Şahin directed, with Gül Meriç Özen, Sertaç Ergin, Neşe Şen and Peri Oruç collaborating on the scripts. Running to 15 episodes in total, the show came to an end on February 3, 2019, brought down by weak viewership.

Sanem Çelik and Mert Yazıcıoğlu lead the cast alongside Miray Daner, while young performers such as Helin Kandemir, Görkem Mete Demir, Melis Hacic, NurBerfin Çiroğlu and Revna Çolak round out the ensemble.
