A Loser

A Loser (original French title Un cave) is a French crime film directed by Gilles Grangier. It opened in France on 19 April 1972 and counts among the late works of the veteran filmmaker's long career. Marthe Keller and Robert Dalban feature in the cast, while the broader ensemble includes well-known performers of the period such as Claude Brasseur, Henri Garcin, Jacques Balutin and André Rouyer. The picture belongs to the French crime cinema tradition of its time.
