My Wife’s Husband (original title: La Cuisine au beurre) is a 1963 French-Italian comedy directed by Gilles Grangier. It stars Fernandel and Bourvil, two of the most popular comic actors in French cinema of the period, with Claire Maurier also among the principal cast. Jean Manse contributed to the screenplay, and the film was shot in French. Upon its release it drew large audiences in France and ranked among the year’s biggest box-office attractions, becoming one of the most-watched productions of 1963 there.
