Sera Tokdemir — Biography

Sera Tokdemir was born on 11 April 1981 in Mersin. She graduated from Bilkent University's Vocational School of Tourism and Hotel Management and performed on stage with the university theatre group during her student years.

She studied theatre, diction and voice at the Zirve Art Center, and in 2009 completed her acting training at the Plato Film School under Ayla Algan. That same year she began her television career with the series İstanbul Çocukları, going on to appear in series such as Hayat Devam Ediyor, Kanıt, Ben de Özledim, Kertenkele and Analı Oğullu. She made a lasting impression as Marya in TRT 1's popular series Diriliş Ertuğrul.

She appeared in films including Çakallarla Dans, Su ve Ateş and Mucize 2: Aşk, and in recent years featured in the series Sakla Beni and the films C Takımı, Bakkal Amca: Mahmut Tuncer and Geniş Aile 5. In 2026 she joined the cast of TRT 1's new series Evlilik Güzeldir as the character Ayşe.
