Lale Başar — Biography

Lale Başar was born on 27 January 1964 in Ordu and graduated from the Theatre Department of the Hacettepe University State Conservatory in 1986. She joined the Bursa State Theatre that same year, moved to the Ankara State Theatre in 1994, and retired from there in 2009.

Alongside her stage career, Başar has also worked in television and film, appearing in series such as Duvar, Kod Adı Kaos, Evimin Erkeği, Komiser Nevzat, Yeni Evli, Karamel and Deniz Yıldızı, and in the films Unutursam Fısılda, Göl Zamanı and Köksüz. She played Kamilla in the 2017 series Yeni Gelin and Perihan Kösaner in the 2023 series Adım Farah.

Başar joined the cast of the series Kötü Kan in 2024, continuing a long-running acting career.
