Ezgi Asaroğlu — Biography

Ezgi Asaroğlu is a Turkish film and television actress born on 18 June 1987 in İzmir; she has also worked as a model. She studied anthropology at Istanbul University's Faculty of Letters, first stepped in front of the camera in commercials and made her television debut at seventeen in the series Bir Dilim Aşk.

The turning point of her career was Leyla ile Mecnun (2011), in which she played Leyla and gained a wide fan base. After productions such as Acı Aşk (2009) and Kampüste Çıplak Ayaklar (2009), in which she shared the lead with Cansel Elçin, she starred in the films Aşk Kırmızı (2013), Sağ Salim 2: Sil Baştan (2014) and Cennetten Kovulmak (2014). Between 2014 and 2017 she held a long-running lead role as Bahar in the series O Hayat Benim, and in 2020 she joined the cast of Mucize Doktor.
