Esra Ronabar — Biography

Esra Ronabar was born on 19 July 1978 in the Ödemiş district of İzmir. While studying chemistry at Ankara University she turned to theatre, working with masters such as Altan Erkekli, Rutkay Aziz and Metin Balay, and later graduated from the Theatre Department of the same university's Faculty of Languages, History and Geography. In the 1997–98 season she took the stage at Ankara Sanat Tiyatrosu.

Her screen career began in 1998 with the series Kader Ayırsa Bile, and she went on to appear in series such as Bir İstanbul Masalı, A.G.A, Beyaz Gelincik, Son Osmanlı, Küstüm Çiçeği, Uçurum, Sana Bir Sır Vereceğim and Tatlı Küçük Yalancılar. In 2017 she portrayed Arzu in Cennetin Gözyaşları. In cinema she appeared in Hayattan Korkma (2007) and in 2023 played Maide in the films İyi Adamın 10 Günü and Kötü Adamın 10 Günü. In 2025 Ronabar began portraying the character İnci in the series Sevdiğim Sensin. She is married to actor Barış Falay and they have a son named Mavi Rüzgar.
