Emel Dede — Biography

Emel Dede was born in 1989 in İstanbul. Trained in acting at 35 Buçuk Sanat Evi, she began her career with a role in the series Öyle Bir Geçer Zaman Ki in 2010.

She went on to appear in the series Küçük Kadınlar, Muhteşem Yüzyıl, Aşkın Bedeli, Emanet, Alın Yazım, Seddülbahir 32 Saat and Sevda Kuşun Kanadında, and reached a wide audience playing the character Berfin in the Kanal D series İsimsizler.

In later years she joined the cast of the series Payitaht Abdülhamid and Çukur, and drew further attention for her role as Gonca Hatun in the long-running series Kuruluş: Osman; she also broadened her filmography with the series Kuzgun and the film Bordo Bereliler 2: Afrin.
