Ece İrtem — Biography
Ece İrtem was born on 14 June 1991 in Sivas. She studied in the Opera and Vocal Department of the Faculty of Music at Yaşar University and then received acting training at the Sadri Alışık Cultural Center.
She had her first acting experience in 2014 with the series Kaçak Gelinler; the same year she appeared in O Hayat Benim and Şeref Meselesi, and in 2016 in Kertenkele Yeniden Doğuş. In 2017 she played the character Afet in the series Yeni Gelin, and later appeared in series such as Bay Yanlış, Yasak Elma and Sandık Kokusu. In 2024 she appeared in the film Meraklı Adamın 10 Günü and as Nükhet in the series Mahsun J.
Ece İrtem passed away on 15 June 2026, one day after her 35th birthday, in Kadıköy, Istanbul. According to the forensic medicine report, the cause of death was announced as alcohol poisoning.
