Zeynep Beşerler — Biography
Zeynep Beşerler (born August 1, 1979, in İzmir) is a Turkish film and television actress. She left Istanbul University's French Language and Literature program in her third year without completing it.
On screen she has appeared in films such as Türkler Çıldırmış Olmalı (2009) and Kağıt (2010, as Çiçek), and played Yeliz in Sultanın Sırrı (2010); on television she portrayed assistant commissioner Melek in the series Arka Sokaklar.
She divorced her husband Emir İçgören in 2023 after roughly a decade of marriage; in 2026 the former couple were reported to have reunited briefly to celebrate their son's birthday together.
