The Loves and Times of Scaramouche

The Loves and Times of Scaramouche (Italian: Le avventure e gli amori di Scaramouche) is a 1976 Italian-German comedy adventure directed by Enzo G. Castellari, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Tito Carpi. Drawing on the swashbuckling tradition with a lighthearted, comedic touch, the film features an international ensemble that includes Giancarlo Prete, Sal Borgese, Ursula Andress, Aldo Maccione, Michael Sarrazin and Michael Forest. Running about 101 minutes, the picture was released under various titles across Europe, appearing in Germany as Scaramouche, der Teufelskerl and in France as La Grande Débandade.
