Une Parisienne (Parisli Kız)

Une Parisienne (released in Turkey as Parisli Kız) is a 1957 French comedy film directed by Michel Boisrond. The film stars Brigitte Bardot alongside Charles Boyer and Henri Vidal. Bardot plays the daughter of the French President, who marries her father's private secretary; before long, the newlywed couple become consumed by mutual jealousy over each other's supposed romantic affairs. The misunderstandings and suspicions that follow drive the film's light comic plot. The elegant costumes were designed by renowned couturier Pierre Balmain. A French-Italian co-production, the film was released in Turkey in October 1959.
