Hababam Class Failed the Class (Hababam Sınıfı Sınıfta Kaldı) (translated)

Hababam Sınıfı Sınıfta Kaldı is a 1976 Turkish comedy produced by Arzu Film. Adapted by Sadık Şendil from Rıfat Ilgaz's novel of the same name, the film was directed and produced by Ertem Eğilmez. As the second installment of the Hababam Sınıfı series, it went on to become the franchise's biggest box-office success.

Scored by Melih Kibar, the film received the Best Music award at the 1976 Golden Orange Film Festival. Kemal Sunal, Münir Özkul, Tarık Akan, Halit Akçatepe and Adile Naşit reprise their roles from the first film, while Semra Özdamar joins as the teacher Semra Hoca and Şener Şen as Badi Ekrem. It is remembered as the first film to pair Kemal Sunal with Şener Şen, and the last Hababam film to feature Tarık Akan.
