Gullu is coming, Gullu (Güllü Geliyor Güllü) (translated)
Güllü Geliyor Güllü ('Gullu Is Coming, Gullu') is a 1973 Turkish film directed by Atıf Yılmaz from a screenplay by Erdoğan Tünaş. Running 86 minutes, it is a romantic comedy typical of the Yeşilçam era.
Ediz Hun and Türkan Şoray share the leading roles, while a young Kemal Sunal, still years away from stardom, voices a hired-killer character dubbed from off-screen — reportedly his first role performed this way.
The film was re-released in 1980 under the title Tabancamın Sapını Gülle Donatacağım. By then Sunal had become a major star, and although he had only a minor part in the original, later promotional material presented him alongside Türkan Şoray as if he had shared the lead.
