Davacı (The Plaintiff) is a 1986 Turkish comedy film. Zeki Ökten directed the picture from a screenplay by Umur Bugay.

Kemal Sunal, one of the most recognizable comic actors in Turkish cinema, takes the lead role, with Savaş Yurttaş appearing in the cast as the character Ahmet.

Running close to eighty minutes, the film is counted among the era's typical comedic output of the mid-1980s and stands as one of several projects that paired director Ökten with writer Bugay. It reached Turkish cinemas in 1986.
