Love and Pride (Aşk ve Gurur) (translated)

Aşk ve Gurur is a Turkish romance and drama series produced by Limon Film and broadcast on Show TV in 2017. Starring Mert Fırat and Damla Sönmez, the show lasted only six episodes before ending in April 2017.

The story follows Zeynep, one of the five children of the Esen family living in an old Istanbul neighborhood. Murat, who has loved her since childhood, proposes to her; shortly afterward, she meets Kenan, the young heir of one of the city's established wealthy families. Torn between Murat, who loves her deeply but fails to stir great passion in her, and Kenan, whom she cannot resist despite wanting to keep her distance, Zeynep begins to question what love really means. As the rivalry between Kenan and Murat intensifies, she finds herself caught in the middle, struggling to define her own path within their hostility.
