Tansel Öngel — Biography
Deniz Tansel Öngel (born 24 September 1976 in Kilis) is a Turkish theatre, film and television actor. He graduated from the Theatre Department of the Hacettepe University State Conservatory and joined the Trabzon State Theatre in 2000.
He became widely known with the series Muhteşem Yüzyıl (2011) and appeared in films such as Mucize (2015), Son Mektup (2015) and Babamın Kanatları (2016), as well as in the series Masumlar Apartmanı, Payitaht Abdülhamid and Hayat Bugün. In 2022 he hosted the competition show Maske: Kimsin Sen?.
He played Kaan in Senden Önce (2024) and Güney Karaca in Ben Leman (2025). He is married to actress Özge Özder.
