Sevda Erginci — Biography

Sevda Erginci was born on October 3, 1993, in Istanbul. Alongside her training at the State Conservatory, she began performing on stage at the age of 15 with the Semaver Kumpanya theatre troupe.

She launched her acting career playing Ayşe in the 2012 series Koyu Kırmızı and appeared in Veda the same year, later spending several seasons on the long-running series Karagül. In the years that followed she played Turna Hatun in Uyanış: Büyük Selçuklu, Ezo Bozdağlı in Elkızı, Zeynep Gören in Seni Kalbime Sakladım, and Özge Günay in the 2024 series Kül Masalı.

Erginci married her longtime partner Efe Saydut in Greece in September 2025, and in 2026 her film Bir Anne Hakkında, in which she plays the lead, had its world premiere at the Shanghai Film Festival.
