Sema Şimşek — Biography

Sema Şimşek is a Turkish actress and former model, born on 26 February 1976 in Gelsenkirchen, Germany.

She began modeling during her high school years and made her name in 1994 when she finished fourth in the Best Model of the World contest, becoming one of the well-known models of her time.

Şimşek stepped into acting in 2002 with the series Azad and then appeared in İstanbul Şahidimdir; in 2007 she reached a wide audience with the character İnci in the series Kurtlar Vadisi Pusu.

The actress, who played Seza in the daily series Komşular broadcast on Fox TV, also appeared on the big screen as Zeren Ertaş in the 2015 film Dabbe 6 and as a nurse in Terkedilmiş, shot the same year. In 2022 she joined the cast of the series Sıfırıncı Gün.
