Melisa Şenolsun — Biography

Melisa Şenolsun, born in İzmir on 24 September 1996, has an older brother, actor Efecan Şenolsun. A graduate of İzmir Gelişim Koleji, she trained at the theatre department of Istanbul University's State Conservatory and worked with Uğur Mumcu Bornova State Theatre before moving to television.

Her debut arrived in 2015 through Tatlı Küçük Yalancılar, and that same year the part of Sude in Kiralık Aşk pushed her into wider view. Opposite Mert Yazıcıoğlu, she carried the lead role of Ceren in Umuda Kelepçe Vurulmaz (2016), then took on Rüya Kıran in Nefes Nefese two years later; her first film part came in Nihat Durak's Babam.

A three-year run in Netflix's Atiye began in 2019, the same year she joined Hazar Ergüçlü and Dilan Çiçek Deniz in a campaign raising awareness for women. She portrayed Rüya in the second season of Masumlar Apartmanı in 2021, led the 2022 film LCV (Lütfen Cevap Veriniz), and, most recently, played Ayla in TRT1's Cennetin Çocukları (2024).
