Bahman Mofid — Biography
Bahman Mofid was an Iranian performer, born on August 15, 1942, in Tehran and who died there on August 16, 2020. Beyond film acting he also worked in theatre, wrote poetry, sang, and trained in ballet. He was the brother of playwright Bijan Mofid. A notable figure of the Iranian New Wave, he appeared in films including Gheysar, Dash Akol, Ghalandar, Reza Motorcyclist, Heydar, Rashid, Knucklebones, Brothers in Blood, and Meshki.
