Trivial

Trivial (original French title: La Disparue de Deauville) is a 2007 French crime drama directed by Sophie Marceau, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Jacques Deschamps and Gianguido Spinelli and appears among the cast. It was the second feature film directed by the actress and was released in France on 23 May 2007.

The story follows a police inspector struggling with depression after the death of his wife, who begins investigating a suspicious missing person case at the request of a mysterious woman. Christopher Lambert stars as the detective, alongside Marceau, Nicolas Briançon, Marilou Berry, Judith Magre and Jacques Boudet. The film was shot on location in Normandy, mainly in the city of Le Havre.
