Le Voyageur de la Toussaint

Le Voyageur de la Toussaint is a 1943 French-Italian mystery film directed by Louis Daquin. It adapts Georges Simenon's 1941 detective novel of the same name, with a screenplay by Marcel Aymé, and the story unfolds in La Rochelle.

The cast is headed by Assia Noris, Jules Berry, Gabrielle Dorziat and Guillaume de Sax, with Jean Desailly, Serge Reggiani, Simone Signoret and Louis Seigner among the other performers. The picture was produced as a co-production between Occupied France and Italy, with sets designed by art director René Moulaert. It is also known in English as Strange Inheritance.
