Last Known Address (Dernier domicile connu)

Dernier Domicile connu, known internationally as Last Known Address, is a 1970 French-Italian co-production that sits between crime film and drama. It tells a 102-minute story in French, written and directed by José Giovanni, who adapted it from Joseph Harrington's novel first published in 1965.

Lino Ventura and Marlène Jobert lead the cast, with Michel Constantin and Paul Crauchet among the other prominent names. Alain Mottet, Bernard Musson, Germaine Delbat, Dominique Zardi, Guy Kerner, Michel Charrel and Philippe Brizard appear in supporting parts. The German title is Der Kommissar und sein Lockvogel, and in East Germany the film was released as Gesucht wird: Roger Martin.

The score is by François de Roubaix. Its theme was sampled years later in several songs, among them "All n My Grill" by Missy Elliott and "Supreme" by Robbie Williams.
