Twin Peaks (İkiz Tepeler)
Created by David Lynch and Mark Frost, Twin Peaks is an American television series that debuted on ABC on April 8, 1990, and ran for two seasons before its 1991 cancellation. Set in the fictional Washington town of the title, it follows FBI Special Agent Dale Cooper, played by Kyle MacLachlan, as he investigates the murder of high school student Laura Palmer, whose body is found wrapped in plastic by the water. What begins as a detective story gradually exposes a web of secrets, violence and supernatural forces lurking behind the town's wholesome surface. Blending crime drama with soap opera melodrama, horror and surreal imagery, and featuring Angelo Badalamenti's celebrated score, the series became a cultural phenomenon and is frequently ranked among the greatest television dramas ever made. A prequel feature film, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me, arrived in 1992, and Lynch reunited much of the original cast for an eighteen-part revival season broadcast on Showtime in 2017, which also drew major critical acclaim.
