Gardenia

Gardenia (original Italian title: Gardenia, il giustiziere della mala) is a 1979 Italian poliziottesco film directed by Domenico Paolella and written by Augusto Caminito. Shot in Italian and classified as a detective film, it runs for roughly 100 minutes.

The picture is notable for giving singer-songwriter Franco Califano his first leading role. Alongside Califano, the main roles are played by Martin Balsam and Robert Webber, while the cast also includes Licinia Lentini, Venantino Venantini, Eleonora Vallone, Lory Del Santo and María Baxa.
