Duel at the Rio Grande is a 1963 adventure film directed by Mario Caiano as an Italian-Spanish-French co-production. Loosely based on The Mark of Zorro, the film was written by Guido Malatesta and Casey Robinson and shot in Italian.

Produced by Harry Joe Brown, it stars Sean Flynn in the lead role, with Guido Celano among the supporting cast. The film premiered in Italy in March 1963 under its original title Il segno di Zorro, and reached German-language cinemas in November of the same year as Zorro, der Mann mit den zwei Gesichtern. In France it was distributed as Le Signe de Zorro. Running about 93 minutes, the picture stands as an example of the internationally co-produced sword-and-cape adventures made in Europe during the early 1960s.
