Delibal

Delibal is a 2015 Turkish romantic drama film directed by Ali Bilgin, with a screenplay adapted by Yıldırım Türker from the 2012 Indian film Moonu. Produced by Ay Yapım, executive produced by Kerem Çatay and distributed by Warner Bros., it opened in Turkey on 25 December 2015, followed by international premieres at Stuttgart's UFA Palast in Germany and the Nizami Film Center in Azerbaijan.

The story follows the passionate love between Barış, an architecture student who pursues music as a hobby, and Füsun, a fellow university student determined to earn her master's degree in America. Çağatay Ulusoy and Leyla Lydia Tuğutlu share the leading roles; Ulusoy lost 7.5 kilos and took special lessons to fit the character. The supporting cast includes Hüseyin Avni Danyal, Nazan Kesal, Mustafa Avkıran and Laçin Ceylan.
