Agathe Cléry
Agathe Cléry is a 2008 French comedy film directed by Étienne Chatiliez, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Laurent Chouchan. Valérie Lemercier stars in the title role, with Jacques Boudet among the supporting cast. The story follows Agathe, a white woman with openly racist attitudes, whose life is turned upside down when her skin begins to change color. The film's tagline sums up her predicament: she is white, she is racist, and she is going to become black. Blending comedy with musical elements, the picture uses this fantastical premise to satirize prejudice and force its protagonist to confront the very people she despises.
