Movie · 1973 · 2 people

3 Dev Adam (3 Giant Men) is a 1973 Turkish superhero and action film directed by T. Fikret Uçak and written by Doğan Tamer. Produced by Tual Film, it opened nationwide in Turkey on November 1, 1973. Shot without the authorization of the copyright holders of the characters it borrows, including Marvel Comics, it is regarded as one of the most famous examples of Yeşilçam's unauthorized Hollywood adaptations, often labeled "Turksploitation" cinema.

The film stars Aytekin Akkaya as Captain America and Yavuz Selekman as the Mexican masked wrestler El Santo, while Tevfik Şen plays Spider-Man, here reimagined as a villain. The Spider gang smuggles historical artifacts from Turkey to America and floods the market with counterfeit dollars, prompting Captain America and his allies to be sent to Istanbul to dismantle the operation together with the Turkish police. Deniz Erkanat, Mine Sun, Hasan Ceylan and Altan Günbay round out the cast.
