Rümeysa Arslan is a Turkish actress born in Istanbul in 1998. She entered the arts through music training before turning to on-camera acting and building her career in television series.

The actress built her education around music, studying and completing her degree in the Opera Department of Istanbul Haliç University. This training, grounded in classical voice and stage work, gave her a foundation with direct relevance to acting as well, in areas such as breath control, diction, and stage presence.

Arslan had her first on-camera experience with the 2018 series Meleklerin Aşkı, in which — alongside Ebrar Alya Demirbilek, who also appeared in the production — she came before viewers as the character Deniz. Her acting career thus began on television screens right after her university years.

The work that brought Arslan before a wider audience was Diriliş Ertuğrul, which began airing in 2014 and was broadcast on TRT1. In the historical period drama, directed by Metin Günay, the actress brought the character İrene to life, appearing within a large cast that included names such as Engin Altan Düzyatan, Aslıhan Güner, Ayberk Pekcan, Burak Hakkı, Ali Ersan Duru, Aysun Demir, and Barış Bağcı.

Alongside acting, Arslan is also interested in music, and the press has reported that she turned to music with the song "Neden." Given her opera training, this step can be seen as a continuation of an interest in music that has run through her artistic life from the start.
