Kutsi — Biography

Kutsi, real name Ahmet Kutsi Karadoğan, is a Turkish singer, composer, songwriter and actor born on 16 March 1973 in Malatya. He was named after the poet Ahmet Kutsi Tecer.

After high school he took vocal training; he released his first album Aşk Payını Aldı in 2000 and his second, Sana Ne, in 2005. The album Aynı Şehirde Nefes Almak Bile Bana Yetiyor (2007), prepared with the support of Cengiz Kurtoğlu, brought him to a wide audience.

He began acting in 2006 as Levent in the series Doktorlar, a role he is still remembered for. He went on to appear in Huzur Sokağı (2012), Beyaz Yalan (2015), Kalbimdeki Deniz (2016, as Mirat), Benim Adım Melek (2019) and Annemizi Saklarken (2021). Continuing his music career, he was a guest on the program Şarkılar Bizi Söyler in 2025 and met his fans on festival stages in 2026.
