Korkmaz Arslan is a Turkish-German film actor born on July 23, 1983 in Pülümür. Holding dual citizenship, he began his career appearing in European co-productions and gradually became known for his roles in festival films both in Turkey and abroad.
He is best known for playing the character Baran in the 2013 film 'My Sweet Pepper Land' ('Tatlı Biber Diyarım'). He has also appeared in 'The Fourth State' (2012), 'Kesik' (2014) and 'Mavi Sessizlik' (2017), sharing the screen with international actors such as Makram Khoury, Arsinée Khanjian and Simon Abkarian in 'Kesik'.
