Cemrehan Karakaş — Biography

Cemrehan Karakaş, born June 16, 1993, is a Turkish film and television actor; while the record lists his birthplace as Tekirdağ, some sources say he was born in Istanbul. Interested in the arts from an early age, he graduated from the Department of Culture and Arts Management at Bilgi University and took acting classes with Müfit Aytekin, Betül Alganatay, Acted City, and Celal Eldeniz to develop his craft. He first appeared on screen as a child in the 2005 series Yumurcak, then continued his on-camera career in 2011 with Canım Babam, followed the same year by the widely discussed series Umutsuz Ev Kadınları and later Sen Benimsin.

He reached film audiences playing the character Oğuz in 4N1K, adapted from Büşra Yılmaz's novel of the same name, and later played the same character in the Fox TV series 4N1K İlk Aşk, winning viewers' appreciation. He went on to take roles in further film and television projects, while also continuing to work professionally in visual arts and design.
