Armen Cigarhanyan — Biography
Armen Dzhigarkhanyan (Armenian: Արմեն Ջիգարխանյան; Russian: Армен Борисович Джигарханян; known in Turkish as Armen Cigarhanyan; 3 October 1935, Yerevan – 14 November 2020, Moscow) was a Soviet, Armenian and Russian actor of theatre and film, as well as a theatre director and drama teacher. Named a People's Artist of the USSR in 1985, he founded his own drama theatre in Moscow in 1996 and appeared in more films than any other Russian actor.
