Murat Akkoyunlu — Biography

Murat Akkoyunlu was born on 20 May 1973 in Bursa. He worked with various theatre companies and produced children's programmes for TRT.

He made his acting debut in 1989 with the series Bizimkiler and went on to appear in many series, including Aile İşi, İşler Güçler, Ruhumun Aynası, Sudan Sebepler, Servet Avcısı, Haneler and Adanalı.

In cinema he acted in films such as Öğrenci İşleri, Çakallarla Dans, Sağ Salim, Arkadaşım Max, Bu Son Olsun and Herkes mi Aldatır?. After the 2013 film Şevkat Yerimdar, he played the character Cuma in the Fox TV series of the same name, starring Özgürcan Çevik and Başak Parlak.
