Uykudan Önce (Before Bedtime) is a children's program broadcast on TRT that became hugely popular in the 1980s with Adile Naşit as its presenter. Remembered as the first production in Turkish television history made specifically for children, each episode reflected a pedagogical approach considered remarkably advanced for its era.

Ankara Television producer Ergun Uçucu wrote the scripts for the first 100 episodes and served as the program's original host; after his departure, TRT producer İlhan Şengün continued the production. When Adile Naşit took over as presenter, the program won back its audience and secured its place as one of the milestones of Turkish television. It received Günaydın newspaper's "Most Successful Children's Program of the Year" awards in both 1980 and 1981.
