Thomas the Impostor

Thomas the Impostor (Thomas l'imposteur) is a French drama film directed by Georges Franju. The screenplay, written by Franju together with Jean Cocteau, adapts Cocteau's novel of the same name, and the production was handled by Les Films de l'Atalante.

The film stars Emmanuelle Riva, Fabrice Rouleau, Sophie Dares, Jean Marais and Charles Aznavour, with supporting performances from Bernard Lavalette, Édith Scob and Jean Servais among others.
