The King's Musketeers

The King's Musketeers (original title: Moschettieri del re - La penultima missione) is a 2018 Italian comedy film directed by Giovanni Veronesi. The story draws freely on Alexandre Dumas's classic novels The Three Musketeers and Twenty Years After, revisiting the world of the swashbuckling heroes with a humorous, tongue-in-cheek tone.

Produced by Indiana Production, the film features an ensemble of well-known Italian actors, including Valerio Mastandrea, Margherita Buy, Pierfrancesco Favino, Rocco Papaleo, Sergio Rubini, Alessandro Haber, Matilde Gioli and Valeria Solarino. Shot in Italian, it blends comedy and adventure, offering a playful take on the legendary musketeers and their later exploits.
