The Harem of Madame Osmane

Written and directed by Nadir Moknèche, Le Harem de Madame Osmane (The Harem of Madame Osmane) is a 2000 co-production between Spain, France and Morocco, a comedy-drama produced by France 3 Cinéma. Running about a hundred minutes, the film stars Carmen Maura alongside Nadia Kaci and Biyuna, with Fatiha Berber also appearing. It reflects the early-2000s tradition of joint filmmaking between North African and European partners.
