Whatever You Wish (Sen Ne Dilersen)

Whatever You Wish is a 2005 Turkish drama and the feature-length debut of director Cem Başeskioğlu. The film follows the fortunes of a Greek family living in Türkiye across a span of roughly thirty years.

One of the production's most poignant details is that Işık Yenersu, who plays the cancer-stricken lead character Eleni, was herself fighting the same illness while shooting took place. The film also gave Turkish pop singer Işın Karaca her very first acting role.

Alongside Yenersu and Fikret Kuşkan, the ensemble brings together veteran performers such as Yıldız Kenter, Ahmet Mümtaz Taylan, Okan Yalabık, Haldun Boysan, Aytaç Arman, Leman Çıdamlı, Asuman Krause, Begüm Birgören and Zeynep Eronat.
