Musée haut

Musée haut is a 2008 French ensemble comedy written and directed by Jean-Michel Ribes, adapting his own 2004 stage play of the same name. Built around a museum setting, it gathers a wide gallery of characters played by a large cast. Évelyne Bouix and Valérie Lemercier headline alongside veteran French performers such as Pierre Arditi, Victoria Abril, Simon Abkarian and Josiane Balasko, with Ribes himself also appearing in a small part. At roughly a hundred and seven minutes, the picture is best known for the sheer size of its ensemble rather than a single central plot.
