Merlin

Merlin is a two-part television film directed by Stéphane Kappes and Declan O'Dwyer, produced as a co-production between France, the Czech Republic and Italy. Blending adventure and fantasy, it retells the legend of Merlin the wizard, portrayed in this version by Gérard Jugnot.

The production aired in 2012: in Belgium the first episode was broadcast on 27 October and the second on 28 October, while in France TF1 showed the opening episode on 29 October and the conclusion on 5 November 2012. Alongside Jugnot, the cast features Marilou Berry, Cristiana Capotondi, Michel Vuillermoz and Jean-Baptiste Maunier, among others.
