Khane-kharab

Khane-kharab is a 1975 Iranian film in Persian that blends drama with comedy and runs about 102 minutes.

The film was directed by Nosrat Karimi, a well-known figure in Iranian cinema, who also co-wrote the screenplay together with Ahmad Janati. Its cast includes Morteza Ahmadi alongside performers such as Jamileh Sheykhi, Jaleh Sam and Shahla Riahi.

Shooting took place in Tehran's Aryashahr district, the area now known as Sadeghiyeh. The chase sequences toward the end of the film were staged around the local water canal and the streets near Nizami and Ganjavi avenues.
